I have special qualification to look after children and be an activity leader in children’s holiday camps (called BAFA : brevet d’aptitude aux fonctions d’animateur). I am looking for a rich and unique experience! I like travelling, and I adapt myself very fast to a new environment!
I do not speaking Japanase at all, and I would like, during my stay, know more about this language and this different culture, which will allow me to facilitate my insertion in the workplace. This experience would permit me later to find an interesting and attractive employment more easily. It will permit me to help a family with daily life and to learn more about their culture, It would be perfect!

In the autumn vacations I went with my japanese class for 2 weeks to Japan, and I really liked it there. I am also learning the japanese languages for 2 1/2 years now. And because I want to learn the japanese language fluetly, I want to stay with a japanese family. I also like childreen, so I think an au-pair job is a very nice thing. =D

I also have a plan to enroll in part time master degree program in Japan so that I can study during my free time.

　Why I want to go to Japan as an Au pair? Cause I love kids and I love Japanese culture and so I want to learn more about the live in Japan and do something what I love to do. I love if kids are arround me. I learned japanese for 1 year every monday for 1 1/2 hour. thats not enough. I must learn it if I speak with the japanese people.

　My name is Catherine. Im from Canada. I speak very good French and English. Im 20 years old and Im studying to become an English teacher. I am in College, studying in History and will move on to University to do a Bachelors in Teaching English as a Second Language.I have one younger sister and two little hamsters. I enjoy riding my bike to explore the big city of Montreal.

I would like to gain some experience in teaching by becoming a nanny or an au pair. I have worked in Summer Camps for 3 years, taking care of children ages 5 to 8. My tasks included organising entertaining and educational activities to last the day. I taught them a few magic tricks as well.

I also tutor regurlarly in Math, Science, French, English and Spanish. This is something I really love to do. My mother is Japanese and I am learning the language. I really appreciate the wonderful culture of Japan.
